The cream is fast acting and able to exfoliate the skin without the need for pumice. CCS Plus Heel Balm strengthens and balances the texture of the skin and sheilds it with a non greasy protective barrier. My advice to poeple is for general use if you have slightly dry skin to use our standard CCS cream but if your heels crack and split or are very dry then this is the cream for you.
